Sara Villegas Rios was  a daughter, sister , mother & a loving abuelita (grandmother). Born on December 17 1936 she was raised in Mexico City where she spent majority of her life. She passed away peacefully on October 15 2023  surrounded by her family in Riverside, California. Sara spent the last 22 years with her family in California as a proud citizen.
